BERTHA: Grateful Drag is the world’s first and only drag-infused band that celebrates the Grateful Dead.

Born in Tennessee in 2023, the group quickly grew from a one-night experiment into an acclaimed Nashville-based roots collective, earning attention from Rolling Stone and the San Francisco Chronicle.

Blending the high-energy sound of late ’70s and early ’80s Grateful Dead with powerhouse vocals, BERTHA delivers a full two-set, three-hour Dead experience with fresh setlists every night.

Each performance also features local drag or burlesque artists and supports LGBTQ+ organizations, bringing together music, celebration, and community.
