The Lodge is nestled in a grove of towering Ponderosa Pines with unparalleled panoramic views of the Three Sisters, Broken Top, and Mount Washington. This beautiful new building offers a seamless connection to the surrounding landscape with restaurants, bars, private dining room, bridal lounge/meeting room and a flexible event space. The iconic restaurant is a focal point of the Ranch, providing a relaxed, upscale dining experience with spectacular views. Chef Don McCradic combines the finest locally sourced ingredients with unbounded creativity to present incredible dishes with regional Northwest flare.
Breakfast choices start with a house cured salmon on everything bagel, mascarpone, capers, pickled red onions, radish and lemon, to classic ranch breakfasts with smashed red potatoes, benedicts, omelets, pancakes and French toast, and more. Dinner choices start with an Ahi tuna tartare, burrata, oysters on the half shell, Oregon cheese plate, soup and salads. Entrées include offerings such as Alaskan halibut, rack of lamb, Painted Hills ribeye, Idaho rainbow trout and New York Strip, or a grilled cauliflower steak. A full bar and extensive wine list are sure to compliment any meal as will the creative dessert menu.
