Introducing MuseumLab, a pop-up science lab inside ScienceWorks where kids ages 6 to 12 turn curiosity into real discovery. Led by educator and former lab scientist Ash Friend, these two-hour weekend workshops invite participants to investigate big questions through playful, hands-on challenges inspired by museum exhibits. Kids test ideas, collect real data, redesign experiments, and collaborate — all in an active, supportive environment.
Each session stands alone, and space is limited, so registration is required. A minimum of four participants must be pre-registered for a session to run. Parents are welcome to participate alongside their child, or drop off and return at pickup time. If your child loves asking “What if?” MuseumLab is the perfect place to explore. Sessions begin March 14.
