Spring 2025 - Readers Choice Best Of Winners Announced and more

Southern Oregon Classic June 6/7, 2025

Get ready for the unparalleled golf and culinary event and party of the year—the 8th annual Medford BMW Southern Oregon Classic, Friday, June 6 and Saturday, June 7 at Centennial Golf Club in Medford. The Classic is a golf tournament followed the next evening by live music, dancing, and incredible food and drinks, creating an unforgettable weekend! Golf teams receive tickets to the Feast, but you don’t have to golf to attend the Feast. The best part? 100 percent of the net profit raised from the entire weekend is donated to CASA of Jackson County.

The Golf Tournament
This two-day event kicks off Friday morning with a continental breakfast and double shotgun tournament at one of Golf World’s Top 50 Golf Courses in the U.S., Centennial Golf Club. Get your foursome together and choose between a morning or afternoon tee time. The event format is a scramble with gross and net scoring, closest to the pin and long drive competitions, plus a friendly skins game (another way to raise funds for charity). Expect lots of fun surprises at the tee boxes, including gifts and tee prizes. Additionally, hole sponsors will be spread throughout the course serving drinks and food at select tee boxes, adding to the entertainment. Between rounds, both morning and afternoon players can enjoy a BBQ lunch. The tournament sells out quickly, so make sure to register early and secure your team a spot.

The Feast
The party continues Saturday night. You don’t have to play golf on Friday to attend The Feast Saturday. Golfers will join over 1,000 additional guests Saturday at 5 p.m. for dinner on the range. Once guests enter the culinary and beverage heaven, they may wander from booth to booth with unlimited sampling of incredible cuisine from up to 15 of the finest local and regional chefs, restaurants, and artisan food purveyors. In addition to food, guests can enjoy wineries, beer, and unique cocktails. Your all-inclusive ticket price allows you access. At 7 p.m., the party continues as Precious Byrd takes the stage and the music and dancing begin.

Between samples, guests are urged to visit the Silent Auction area and bid on an array of amazing items, including vacation packages, rounds of golf, artwork, and much more. Participation in the Silent Auction greatly benefits the charity. Anyone unable to attend the event can bid online at www.SouthernOregonClassic.com.

Sponsors & Charity
Southern Oregon Classic is privileged to donate 100% of its net proceeds to CASA of Jackson County. CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) offers trained and supervised volunteers to advocate for
foster children under the court’s protection because of abuse or neglect. CASAs form one-on-one relationships with children to walk the journey with them.

The event wouldn’t be possible without the partnership of our amazing sponsors. Special thanks to Title Sponsor, Medford BMW, a mainstay since the first Classic in 2016. We are equally grateful for the rest of our presenting sponsors including, Centennial Golf Club, Propel Insurance, Rogue Valley Manor, LaZboy Furniture Galleries, Better Built Construction, Gold and Gems Fine Jewelry, Southern Oregon Magazine, Seven Feathers Casino Resort, The Cow Creek Tribe of the Umpqua Band of Indians, and Sysco.
